The estate sits on land where the Romans built their first home nearly 3,000 years ago, and the small Church of St. Redentor still stands as a testament to that history.
We lovingly restored every corner of this property to honor our ancestors and share with you the beauty, heritage, and warmth of authentic Istrian rural life.Enjoy the outdoor pool, explore the surrounding countryside, or simply hop on one of our complimentary bikes to visit nearby villages and local shops.
What We Offer
Two restored Istrian homes, one timeless estate — everything you need for the perfect escape.
Altona (sleeps up to 8+2)Step into a space where history breathes through every stone. On the ground floor, a generous kitchen with a grand open hearth sets the tone — warm, authentic, and full of character. A separate dining room and a cozy living room, also with a fireplace, invite long evenings together. A shower room and a practical laundry area complete the ground floor.Upstairs, two double rooms share an elegant bathroom between them, while a third double room enjoys its own wardrobe and private en-suite. On the top floor, a fourth double bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with its own private bathroom.All bedrooms come with fresh sheets and towels (2 per person), and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need — oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, and a baby high chair. The living room features a Smart TV.Central heating is available during winter months at an additional cost.
Ita (sleeps up to 6+2)Tucked into the same ancient estate, Ita carries its own gentle charm. The ground floor flows as one open, sun-filled space — kitchen, dining, and living area with a fireplace all seamlessly connected — perfect for relaxed family gatherings. A toilet with washer-dryer and a beautiful pergola terrace in the courtyard complete the picture.Upstairs, two double bedrooms each have their own private en-suite. The top floor is home to a generous master suite — a double bedroom with an additional sofa bed (sleeping up to two extra guests) and its own private bathroom.As in Altona, the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area has a Smart TV, and all bedrooms include fresh sheets and towels. Central heating available in winter at an additional cost.

Pets up to 5 kg are welcome — by prior arrangement only. Please contact us before booking.Minimum Stay & Seasonal Surcharge
Pre-season (until June 1) and post-season (from September 1): a minimum stay of 4 nights is required, with a 40% surcharge on the regular price. For longer stays, the surcharge does not apply. Peak season (June 1 – August 31): a minimum stay of 6 nights applies, at the regular price.
